The resources of military enterprises of the Russian Federation, involved in waging a genocidal war against Ukraine, were successfully attacked in cyberspace .

As  reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in Telegram, the cyber attack took place on September 7, 2024.

“Enterprises that manufacture elements for the radio-electronic base, other spare parts for Russian weapons, and equipment for metal processing came under attack,” the report says.

The resources of companies participating in the development of military infrastructure facilities of the aggressor state were also affected. Among them are “SMKomplekt”, “KristElCom”, “KonturNIIRS”, “Chip-Prof”, “Chelyabinsk Plant of Industrial Modernization”, “Sibinstrument”, “Smetka.ru” and a number of others.

In addition, the propagandist “Simferopol Forum” also suffered as a result of the attack.

“As a result of the cyber operation, the specialists of GUR MOU gained access to 14 servers, destroyed the internal infrastructure of the attacked targets by erasing system files, databases and backup copies,” – the message emphasizes.

Also, on the websites of the attacked resources, cyber-intelligence specialists posted greetings to the Day of Military Intelligence of Ukraine.

The war in Ukraine – cyberattacks of the GUR

As UNIAN reported, on the evening of July 30, cyber specialists of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine completed one of the largest DDOS attacks in history on the Internet infrastructure of the aggressor state of Russia, affecting critical resources and gaining access to a large array of confidential data. The attack continued continuously for a week.
