This brave, principled fellow not only has to defend his people from a nazi horde ruled by a demon, but must contend with treachery, recalcitrance and sometimes even deception from his top allies. Poland and Germany are drifting away, France talked big but came up with next to nothing. Remember the Macron conditions for sending troops? They were long ago met, but still no action. Kier Starmer’s new government has a thumping majority; he can do whatever he wants, but he has become a bit lacklustre on Ukraine. His new Chancellor of the Exchequer has just unleashed a hard core wealth redistribution budget and replaced the painting of Nigel Lawson in her office with a painting of a fucking communist! There is no sign of any Trump-proofing coming from Europe; pretty much the opposite in fact.
Europe’s piss poor performance makes me wish that mafia land would send swarms of missiles, bombs, and drones to Berlin, Paris, London, and even Warsaw, to help remind those brainless morons that this war is not on the other side of the planet, but right next door!
