The Consulate General of Greece has resumed its work in Odessa.
This was stated in the press service of the mayor’s office.
On April 3, Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias visited Odessa.
During his meeting with Mayor Gennady Trukhanov, issues of humanitarian aid provided by the Greek side, the development of the diaspora and the preservation of the common heritage in our city were discussed.
Nikos Dendias announced the resumption of work of the Consulate General of Greece in Odessa.
“Even behind the smoke of today’s bombs, it is clear that Odessa has a bright future. The only thing I can say now in these difficult times is that we will be a part of this future, helping you to reconstruct this city and make it even more beautiful, even better,” said the Greek Foreign Minister.
