The full-scale war in Ukraine against the Russian Federation continues , and the consequences of the recent attack on a military airfield located in the city of Morozovsk in the Rostov region are already visible.
Satellite images from Planet Labs, dated July 22 this year, show at least five separate strikes on an enemy target, The Military Watch writes in H.
“The first shelling took place right next to the S-300/400 air defense missile system launchers,” the researchers note.
The report said the second fire occurred near fortifications for aircraft parking. On July 20, a Su-34 fighter-bomber was parked nearby.
“The third fire is north of the fuel depot. There is some kind of installation in the area that was hit that I cannot identify,” another message said.
The researchers added that the fourth strike hit the runway, near the installation of an approach radar.
“The fifth fire was right behind these two fortifications. Apparently, an airplane was parked in one of them on July 20,” the report states.
