As a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strike on the occupiers’ firing range in the Luhansk oblast, in the former Novopskovsky (now part of Starobilsky) district near the villages of Mozhnyakivka and Rohove on May 1, the enemy suffered losses of more than 100 military personnel. This was reported by Newsweek, analyzing information from OSINT accounts on the X social network on May 3, as well as the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
“At least one ATACMS directly hit a group of over 100 russian soldiers, burying them under hundreds of M74 APAM bombs”, – Newsweek quotes an account where a photo of a group of soldiers gathered in the area before the strikes was published.
It is noted that, according to images that were geolocated as taken near Mozhnyakivka in the Luhansk oblast, four ATACMS rockets were used, one of which did not reach the target. However, the other three hit accurately, including one directly hitting the enemy’s manpower concentration.
“The USA recently secretly sent long-range anti-tank missile systems to Ukraine capable of hitting targets up to 300 kilometers (186 miles) away. Newsweek was unable to independently verify when and where these images were taken and reached out to the russian Ministry of Defense for comment via email. The kremlin has not commented on the attack”, – Newsweek also writes.
“Geolocation imagery indicates that Ukrainian forces struck the russian firing range southwest of Mozhnyakivka. 116 russian military personnel were killed”, – the ISW report specifies.

Once again speaking out of school,,,if the ATACMs cost $4mm a piece, which I think I read somewhere, is killing 100 orcs worth the cost?
Maybe not worth the price for a 100 dead orcs, but psychologically it’s priceless. It’s telling russia nowhere is safe on Ukrainian territory.
