Another “zrada” appeared on the network, the American television channel CNN allegedly called Kharkiv a “Russian city”. Against the backdrop of Zelensky’s words that the Russian Federation could encroach on this city, such a mistake looks very insulting.

A scandal flares up on the network, a video is actively circulating on Twitter , in which the CNN error is allegedly recorded.

Russian media and Telegram channels began to distribute the video with “zrada” last night, January 25th. It was reported that CNN showed a story about Ukraine and the Russian invasion in the news.

The story was about the location of the exercises of the Russian military, and a strange inscription allegedly appeared on the screen: “Kharkov, Russia.” After that, the news showed a conversation between CNN host Christiane Amanpour and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

Perhaps the scandal around CNN caused a fake, because the video with the so-called error did not appear anywhere except in the Russian media. 

Russia may capture Kharkov: what preceded this

On January 21, Vladimir Zelensky said that after the occupation of Crimea, the Russian Federation is capable of encroaching on Kharkov .

“Kharkiv was and will be a Ukrainian city, whose inhabitants are citizens of a single and indivisible Ukraine. And anyone who encroaches on the capture of Kharkov must understand that not only Kharkiv residents, but all Ukrainians will defend their beloved city,” Mayor Igor Terekhov said.
