Exports of telecommunications network equipment from China decreased by 98%.
China has halved technology exports to the Russian Federation following the imposition of sanctions by the US government . US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said Beijing is wary of violating trade bans.

Thus, the volume of deliveries of laptops from China to Russia in March fell by 40% compared to the previous month, and the export of smartphones fell by two-thirds. In addition, exports of telecommunications network equipment from China decreased by 98%.
So far, Beijing has neither officially denied nor confirmed its intention to help Russia bypass Western sanctions. In turn, the United States may impose restrictions on the sale of technology to Chinese companies.
As UNIAN previously reported, China’s state-owned refineries are avoiding new contracts with Russia for processing raw materials. However, they are going to fulfill the conditions under existing contracts.
On March 17, the National Bank of Ukraine appealed to the Chinese payment systems China UnionPay and UnionPay International with a call to exit the Russian payment market. In particular, the NBU urged to stop servicing all transactions with China UnionPay and UnionPay International payment cards both on the territory of the Russian Federation and issued by banks from the Russian Federation outside of it.
In turn , the United States threatened China with massive sanctions and export controls. Washington saw signs that the People’s Liberation Army of China is supporting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, Kiev offered Beijing to act as one of the guarantors of security.

Boris and I are on the same level. I also strongly believe in a victory for Ukraine.
I strongly hope, but I am nervous until Ukraine retakes Kherson. At that point I know it will be fine and they will take the coast all the way to the putlerstani border.
My nervousness is not about Ukraine’s capabilities, it is because I don’t think that Boris and Biden have yet grasped the fact that it is all down to them. If they don’t step up their game massively, Ukraine will have a hell of an uphill struggle.
I would rather think that it is Boris who realizes this more than the old fart.
If true, this will increase mafia land’s ability to build certain weapons and electronic and radar gear and so on.
