He promised to voice his concerns to European leaders at a NATO summit the next day.
“I’ll say it to their faces, I’ll say whatever I have to say, I’ll say it when I get there,” Biden added.
After the NATO summit, the US leader said the US would respond if Russian President Vladimir Putin used weapons of mass destruction, but the response would depend on the situation.
” We will respond if he uses it . The nature of the response will depend on the nature of the application,” Biden said.
