Near Kadyrov’s residence in Grozny, Chechnya, explosions were heard. A drone struck his “pride” Grozny-City, that hosts offices of Chechen Defence Council. The report about the attack came from NYISO, an opposition Telegram channel to the authorities in Chechnya. The building is located approximately 830 meters from Ramzan Kadyrov’s official residence, and in addition, the FSB building of Chechnya is located nearby.
