“Champions of Europe.” Euro 2020 Russian account congratulates the Russian team on victory in the postponed tournament

The Russian account of the European Football Championship “ congratulated on the victory” at the transferred Euro-2020 tournament to the Russian national team.

The message appeared on the day when the final of the tournament was to be held, which was postponed to 2021 due to the coronavirus.

In 1960, the USSR won the tournament, defeating Yugoslavia with a score of 2: 1.

Recall that Euro 2020 will be held from June 11 to July 11, 2021 after the decision of the Union of European Football Associations ( UEFA) to postpone it due to the coronavirus pandemic.
