According to the Central Bank of the russian federation, in July russians withdrew more than 620 billion rubles out of the banking system, breaking their April record, when they took 607 billion out. Since 2026, russian banks lost 2.5 trillion rubles ($32 billion), which is equal to 2 yearly budgets of the moscow region.
