The decision to transfer the equipment was finally made in December.

Bulgaria has begun transferring 100 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine , the supply of which was decided at the end of last year. This was announced by Bulgarian Defense Minister Todor Tagarev .
“The operation continues. The Ministry of Defense supports the process of providing Ukraine with armored personnel carriers to the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” he wrote on his Facebook.
He did not provide any other details, but published photographs of armored personnel carriers, which looked rather unkempt, being loaded onto vehicle trailers. It is not entirely clear where exactly the photographs were taken, but some signs suggest that this is still not the territory of Ukraine.

Bulgaria will transfer 100 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine
As UNIAN wrote, in November the Bulgarian parliament agreed to the free transfer of 100 obsolete BTR-60 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. Armored personnel carriers were on the balance sheet of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs, but for several decades they simply stood unused.
The pro-Russian president of Bulgaria vetoed the parliament’s decision to transfer these armored personnel carriers to Ukraine, but the deputies were able to override this veto.
In addition, the Bulgarian parliament decided to transfer to Ukraine man-portable anti-aircraft missile systems and surface-to-air missiles of various types, which are either faulty or no longer needed by Bulgaria itself.

As a former tiger i still feel ashamed that Serbia won’t provide any military aid to Ukraine. Vucic is Milosevic 2.0.
Yeah, still lots of nostalgic feelings for Russia in Serbia, sadly. However, Hungary is even more shameful. They really should know better, since 1956!
I know these are gifts but that armor sure looks thin.
Nah send them back, the Exhaust on that one is fucked, they haven’t washed them and I don’t like the blue colour.
These will still provide some level of protection for the troops and after the war can be sold for scrap along with all the stuff the moskali have donated.
