The volunteer unit “Budanov’s Detachments” carried out another sabotage operation on the territory of the aggressor country russia. This concerns a series of explosions that were observed in Orsk, Orenburg region, on the night of August 15.
In particular, in Orsk, railway tankers with gas and gasoline came under attack by the “Budanites”. This was reported by Live News, citing a source in the volunteer unit.
Fuel tanks were destroyed by remote detonation, directly on the railway tracks.
That same night, the unit’s fighters “in a similar manner” burned gasoline tanks in the town of Gai, Orenburg Region.
There is video evidence of successful sabotage operations in enemy territory.
What is it about?
Kirill Budanov, while still head of Ukrainian intelligence, practically in the first days of the full-scale invasion of the russian occupiers, created special units in Ukraine, such as “Kraken”, “Shaman” and “Artan”, and organized partisan networks in the temporarily occupied territories.
The aforementioned volunteer unit “Budanov’s Detachments” has become famous recently thanks to a series of daring special operations in russia and occupied territories. For example, it was the “Budanovites” who eliminated a war criminal with the call sign “Batman” who was involved in the torture of civilians.
And in Samara, “Budanov’s squads” eliminated Russian military engineer Andrei Tisarev, involved in the production of engines for the invaders’ strategic aviation. Later, “Budanov’s men” attacked pilots of the Russian drone unit “Rubikon” in Dniprorudne.
Explosions in Orsk
As OBOZ.UA reported, on August 11, Ukrainian drones visited the aforementioned city of Orsk in the Orenburg region. Then, one of the largest local oil refineries in the russian Federation, Orsknefteorgsintez, was again under attack.
It later became known that this caused the oil refinery to shut down.
At the end of April, Orsk also came under a “wave” of long-range strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Locals claimed that the refinery was hit at least twice .
