This is Bucha, one year after russian forces were driven out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It shows the resilience of the Ukrainian people and sends two important messages to the world: (1) sooner or later, russians will be driven out of all Ukrainian territories; (2) Ukraine will be fully rebuilt.

Exactly four years ago, on March 31, 2022, the world witnessed genocide and mass war crimes committed by the russian occupation army in Bucha.
When Ukrainian forces entered the city, they found hundreds of civilian residents lying in the streets — people who had been shot and tortured by russian troops during the occupation.
At the time, 116 bodies were discovered in a mass grave, while dozens of others remained in the streets, many with their hands tied.
According to official data, 1,190 civilian bodies were found in Bucha after its liberation from russian forces. Additionally, 514 residents are still considered missing.
Eternal memory to all the victims of russian genocide.

The true face of russia
A russian gymnast, Sofia Ilteryakova, who for some reason was not disqualified, turned her back on the Ukrainian flag while the Ukrainian national anthem was playing.
The 15-year-old won silver in the hoop final, while Ukraine’s Taisiia Onofriichuk took gold.
During the medal ceremony, Ilteryakova stood with her back to the flags as the Ukrainian anthem played.
Russian athletes are competing at the event under “neutral” status. But as you can see, there is nothing “neutral” about russian athletes.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov asked Hungary’s Péter Szijjártó to help lift sanctions on Russian oligarchs and companies, while Szijjártó allegedly passed EU negotiation details back to Moscow.
In August 2024, Lavrov called Szijjártó at the request of russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, who is considered one of Putin’s favored businessmen. Usmanov wanted his sister, Gulbakhor Ismailova, removed from the EU sanctions list, and Szijjártó reportedly promised assistance.
Seven months after this call, Ismailova was indeed removed from the EU sanctions list, along with russian businessman Vyacheslav Moshe Kantor and Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyaryov.
The recordings suggest that Szijjártó regularly provided Lavrov with details of confidential EU diplomatic negotiations. During the same call, he disclosed information from an EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting he had attended the day before.
In another conversation with Russian Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin, Szijjártó reportedly said he was doing everything possible to “cancel” a decisive EU sanctions package targeting russia’s shadow fleet, banks, and companies, and asked the russians for help in “finding arguments” to achieve this.

The Ukrainian people and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy were nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Professor Dag Øistein Endsjø of the University of Oslo officially nominated the Ukrainian people and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize. As a university professor, he holds the formal right to submit nominations. His argument: by defending their democracy against Russian aggression, the Ukrainian people have helped preserve peace across Europe.
The nomination is not just about Zelensky as an individual. It recognizes an entire nation that has been resisting occupation, violence, and repression since 2014, and especially since the full-scale invasion of 2022.

Imagine the following scenario: russia attacks the Baltic countries to connect with Kaliningrad — just as it attacked Ukraine to gain access to Crimea. What will the U.S. do?
Here’s my prediction: nothing. Article 5 will be treated like the Budapest Memorandum. Trump, Rubio, and other MAGA propagandists will claim, “This isn’t our war.”
And if russia swiftly invades the Baltic states (which would be far easier than Ukraine), declares them part of russia, and then threatens the West with nuclear weapons should they respond — what will the West do? Exactly what they did for Ukraine.
The cowardice of the U.S. has emboldened russia. Those who now say “russia would never dare invade” said the same about Ukraine — right before russia did exactly that.
The only way to stop russia now is to help Ukraine and punish russia for its imperial ambitions.
