The General Staff emphasized that the fact of the deliberate, targeted shelling of a Ukrainian medical facility by the Russian army became another item in the long list of Russian war crimes in Ukraine.
“War crimes have no statute of limitations. Relevant evidence will be transferred to international criminal justice bodies,” the military concluded.
