Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Valeriy Zaluzhny has opened a campaign headquarters and begun secretly preparing for the next presidential election, American journalist Katie Livingston reported, citing her own sources.

She said that Zaluzhny has opened a campaign headquarters in London, which is currently recruiting staff. Livingstone said that Lieutenant General Serhiy Nayev has been appointed as its head.

According to the journalist, the actual organizer of Zaluzhny’s political campaign was Viktoria Siumar, a member of parliament from the European Solidarity party. She is handling all the details as the deputy campaign manager.

Livingston added that former BBC News Ukraine journalist Oksana Torop will be responsible for media coverage of Zaluzhny’s political campaign. In the past, she actively covered Zaluzhny’s activities as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
