As a result of a Russian attack, warehouses are burning in the Buchansky district of the Kyiv region: the fire is accompanied by explosions. This was reported by the head of KOVA, Timur Tkachenko.

According to him, the movement of all vehicles on the section of the M-06 highway “Kyiv – Chop” from the 15th to the 32nd km has been temporarily blocked. In the photo, you can see that the fire has spread to the forest.

The section of the highway is located in the Kyiv region on the section immediately after leaving Kyiv in a westerly direction, the so-called Zhytomyr highway.

“Emergency services are working on the scene. Rescuers are eliminating the consequences of the attack and doing everything possible to localize the fire. Information on the victims, the extent of the destruction, and other consequences is being clarified,” he noted.

Tkachenko asked residents of the area not to approach the scene and to follow the instructions of emergency services.

A UNICEF warehouse with humanitarian aid was also destroyed near Kyiv as a result of a Russian strike, the organization said. The warehouse in Chubynske, which stored supplies for children and families affected by the war, was destroyed during the attack on August 27.
