President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during a joint conversation with journalists in Kyiv with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Censor.NET reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine .

“The small rocket program. I won’t talk about the names now. There are several types. We will probably see the result this month. At the end, in the second half of this month,” Zelensky said.
The Head of State noted that mass production depends on the result.

Maybe it has somewhat to do with Zelensky being unwilling to surrender ANY territory. No problem with that, as long as HE will pay for the ongoing war and not our taxpayers. BTW, in what trench are you located, fighting the invaderZ?

Zelenskyy is a president, not a dictator. It’s not up to him to give away territory that belongs to Ukraine.
