The Russian military machine is being bled dry.

Ukraine has damaged 51% of Russia’s oil refining capacity, which is a significant blow to the occupiers’ economy, their ability to carry out aggression and supply their troops, said Ukrainian Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara .

According to him, the Ukrainian military strikes are the result of “carefully planned, planned, and systematic actions” aimed at draining the Russian military machine and destroying its military and economic potential. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense also reported in a Telegram post that the Moscow, Yaroslavl, KINEF, Ust-Luga, Perm, Ilsky, Saratov, Syzran, and other oil refineries were recently hit.

“The consequences of Ukrainian operations are not always immediately visible. But the effects are cumulative and produce tangible results,” the publication emphasizes.

Khmara noted that Ukraine’s “deep strikes” are bringing the war to Russian territory. This is precisely one of the Ministry of Defense’s priorities.
