Help may be sent soon.

The US presidential administration has approved the first military aid package to Ukraine funded by US NATO allies, Reuters reported .

The first packages of U.S. arms aid to Ukraine from President Donald Trump’s administration have been approved, sources told Reuters. They could be sent soon as Washington resumes arms deliveries to Kyiv, this time under a new financial deal with allies, two sources familiar with the situation told Reuters.

The publication noted that this is the first use of a new mechanism developed by the US and its allies to supply Ukraine with weapons from US stocks at the expense of NATO countries.

According to Reuters, citing sources, Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Elbridge Colby approved two deliveries worth $500 million under a new mechanism called the “Priority Ukraine Requirements List,” known by the acronym PURL.

This isn’t U.S arms aid, we are just serving as an arms dealer. Don’t get me wrong glad that this is being made available, my issue is how it’s being framed.
