Updated at 11:30 AM. Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Telegram that a fire followed by a detonation was detected at the Rostov-on-Don (Central) airfield.

At the same time, damage and a fire were recorded at the AVT-3 primary oil refining unit at the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region of the Russian Federation.

As noted by the General Staff, Slavneft-YANOS is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia, part of PJSC Slavneft.

The plant’s capacity is approximately 15 million tons of oil per year. It operates a full refining cycle and produces motor gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, and other petroleum products.

This enterprise is involved in meeting the needs of the Russian armed forces.
