These restrictions hamper front-line logistics and the ability to launch jet interceptors.
The satellite signal for Starshield terminals, the military version of Starlink , continues to be limited. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram after a report by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Dapaty on information from units on the situation with the use of Starlink/Starshield services.

“Unfortunately, we are recording that in various sections of the front, equipment stops functioning at a speed of 130–161 kilometers per hour. This slows down our front-line logistics and limits the use of drones of various types, primarily mid-strikes and Shahed jet interceptors,” Zelenskyy said.
He added that today, at all levels, Ukrainian representatives should discuss this with their partners again. “Speed is important for protecting life,” the head of state added.
Separately, the President noted that the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yevhen Khmara, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiga, and the Office team received urgent tasks regarding contacts with partners who can support our air defense as soon as possible.
“There are political agreements that have not been fulfilled at the working level. There is also a postponement of certain types of vital supplies at the level of the Department of War in the United States,” Zelenskyy said.
He noted that an additional meeting will be held tonight to review all the contacts that have been made during the day. The President is counting on concrete results.
