One can only guess whether these two points were thrown out altogether, or whether this will be some kind of secret protocol to the pact.

The 28-point “peace plan” for Ukraine , which the US is now trying to impose on Kyiv, was written six months ago. Back then, it contained exactly 30 points. This was written on social media by renowned Bulgarian investigative journalist Hristo Grozev.

“About six months ago, I came across an early version of the ‘peace plan.’ It was a purely Russian concept, almost identical to what we see today,” he wrote.

According to Grozev, the initial version of the “peace plan” contained exactly 30 points. Two of them were subsequently removed from the plan, which explains why the current plan contains exactly 28 points.

The first of these two “missing” points assumed that American business would save post-war Russia from the economic recession caused by the debt burdens of the war and the depletion of investment resources.

The second point proposed creating an alliance between Russia and the United States against China. According to Grozev, this point contained a lot of demagoguery about a “Christian alliance.”

“I’m absolutely certain this is a Russian proposal, not a jointly developed one. I also can’t imagine the Russians not including the first of the two additional points. However, I understand how it could not have been part of the publicly announced plan,” Grozev writes.

Regarding the second point, the journalist isn’t sure it was the Russians who proposed it. But he’s convinced it wouldn’t have been public in any case.
