BREAKING NEWS: “Russia’s economy could collapse”: Trump reveals how Putin provoked him into imposing sanctions

Trump admitted that Putin had been trying to deceive him all along.

Russia has launched missile strikes on Ukraine every time Vladimir Putin has had a “nice” phone call with Donald Trump.

Eventually, the US president got fed up with it. The head of the White House himself said this at a press conference .

“I often talk to Putin about the war being over. And I always hang up the phone and say, ‘Well, that was a nice phone call.’

And then they launch missiles at Kiev. And I say, ‘That’s strange.’ And after it happens three or four times, you say, ‘Talk doesn’t mean anything.’ He fooled a lot of people.

He fooled Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden. But not me. What I’m saying is that at some point the talk has to stop and there has to be action,” Trump said.

Trump noted that Russia has “huge potential” for trade with the United States, but that this potential is being used for war.

The American president hopes that Putin will still agree to a peace deal and not force Washington to impose the sanctions announced today.

“I think from Putin’s perspective, it wouldn’t be a very good idea to have a ruined economy. He has to save his economy.

In a sense, he can save his country. But [Russia’s] economy could collapse. Potentially, it’s a great country. But look what happened to its economy. And ’50 days’ is a threat. It’s going to hit very hard,” Trump said.

At the same time, he emphasized that he expects the Kremlin to agree to a “fair agreement” with Ukraine, and Putin “knows the terms of this agreement.”

“I’m disappointed in President Putin because I thought we were going to make a deal two months ago, but it didn’t come to that. So based on that, we’re going to put secondary tariffs in – if we don’t make a deal in 50 days – and they’re going to be at 100%,” Trump said.

  1. Will putler give Ukrainian civilians 50 days notice before launching the next missiles? This is weak and pitiful.

This is the kind of stupid shit Putin loves and Trump just got sucked in. 50 days will turn into another 50 to another 50 and so on.

    • It sounds like he could raise them or lower them, depending on the outcome of the bill. Its interesting though, IF Putler starts a ceasefire, it will likely be more because of Xi, than Trump…but don’t tell Trump, lol…
