Russian soldiers tortured and killed a man and his two sons in Zvanivka, Donetsk Oblast. The woman survived after being shot in the face. Doctors are currently operating on her.
This was announced by the general director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital named after Mechnikov, Serhiy Ryzhenko, reports Censor.NET .
“A difficult night. Her story is the most terrible story of the war. Olga, 57 years old, should have died. A bullet hit her in the face, and the enemies thought she was dead. Call from Donetsk region, near Siversk.
“Olga, her husband and two sons were hiding in the basement from the drones. The youngest son, 32 years old, ran for water, and at that moment the Russians came in. They tortured them for a day, then shot the husband (65 years old) and the eldest son (35 years old). The younger one was later also found dead,” he said.
Olga was taken to the Mechnikov Hospital in Dnipro. Anesthesiologists spent the whole night preparing her for surgery.
Doctors plan to perform plastic surgery, inspect the wound, and remove the bullet from the face. The operation is currently underway.
