A multi-story building was hit, and a retail facility was damaged.

Late in the evening of February 12, the Russian occupation army again launched a massive drone strike on Odessa , damaging infrastructure and setting fires in the city.

According to a UNIAN correspondent, an air raid alert was sounded at approximately 9:25 PM, with monitoring channels warning that a large number of Russian drones were approaching the Odesa region. Explosions soon began in the regional capital. Drones could be heard buzzing above residential buildings.

According to Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, the attack damaged civilian infrastructure and housing. A multi-story building was hit, damaging an apartment on the upper floors without causing a fire.

“A recreational infrastructure facility was also damaged, where a fire broke out in outbuildings. In another part of the city, the attack caused a fire at a retail facility. Information on casualties is being clarified. The air raid alert remains in effect!” Lysak emphasized  .

OVA Chairman Oleg Kiper reported that four people were initially injured, one in serious condition.

“The enemy continues to massively attack the Odesa region with attack drones. Despite the active work of air defense forces, hits and crashes of UAV debris have been recorded. Residential, industrial, energy, and port infrastructure in the Odesa region has been damaged. Initial reports indicate four people were injured, one hospitalized in serious condition,” he wrote.

According to him, a car dealership and a recreational facility were damaged in Odessa. A hostile drone also hit an apartment in a multi-story residential building.

As of 11:30 PM, the air raid siren was still in effect in the region. Residents across Odessa reported on social media that they had no power, water, or heat.
