BREAKING NEWS: Russians hit shopping mall in Sumy: there are dead and injured

Russian occupiers struck a shopping and entertainment center in Sumy , there are dead and wounded. Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported this on his Telegram channel .

“The enemy targeted the territory of a shopping and entertainment center in Sumy with a strike UAV. At the moment, the death of one person has been confirmed. Preliminary estimates suggest that the number of deaths may be higher,” he stressed.

In addition, Grigorov added, there were also injured people as a result of the attack on the shopping mall. Information about them is being clarified.

“Cars in the parking lot and the shopping center building were damaged. A fire broke out. All necessary services are working on the scene. The liquidation of the consequences and the rescue operation are ongoing,” the head of the OVA reported.

He also emphasized that there is a threat of repeated strikes. Therefore, it is necessary to stay away from the impact site and stay in safe places.

Later, Grigorov added that it is currently known that three people died as a result of the attack on the territory of the shopping mall.

“Two people were injured. The information is being clarified. The consequences are being eliminated,” the head of the OVA wrote.

Subsequently, the head of the Sumy Military Administration, Serhiy Kryvosheyenko, reported that the number of victims had increased to 14 people, including a 16-year-old child.

Kryvosheyenko noted that four of the injured, according to doctors, are in serious condition.

“Information on the condition of the injured is being updated,” he added.
