According to eyewitnesses, the power went out in part of the city.

On Monday, November 24, the Russian occupation army attacked Odessa with drones, causing fires to break out in the city.
According to a UNIAN correspondent, an air raid alert was sounded at around 6:15 PM. Monitoring channels reported that numerous drones were moving from the Black Sea toward Odesa. Explosions and gunfire began shortly after.
Drones have been spotted in various areas of the city, including the city center, the port area, the Peresyp district, and elsewhere. According to eyewitnesses, there have been hits on residential buildings, specifically, in the courtyard of a high-rise building. People have seen fire and smoke.
Eyewitnesses also reported that power went out in parts of the city, but whether this is related to the aftermath of the Russian strikes is still unknown. Residents also report problems with electric transportation, with trolleybuses and trams “freezing” on certain streets.
Updated at 9:40 PM . Lysak subsequently announced that a meeting of the city’s emergency response team had taken place. Due to the lack of heating on Tuesday, some educational institutions in Odesa’s Primorsky and Peresypsky districts have switched to online learning.
“Hospitals are working on transporting critically ill patients to other hospitals. Social buses will run from the train station to the Peresyp district,” the head of the MVA noted.
Monitoring channels have warned that enemy drones have also been spotted in the southern Odessa region.
