China has transferred cruise missile technology to Russia to support the Russian military machine against Ukraine.

This was stated by senior US diplomat John Kelly during a meeting of the UN Security Council, Censor.NET reports .

He recalled that the DPRK sent ammunition, missiles, military equipment and about 12,000 soldiers to Russia, while Iran sent ballistic weapons, drones and other technologies.

The US representative emphasized China’s crucial role in supporting Russia.

“China, as its representatives noted, does not supply weapons to Russia directly. However, China has become a crucial factor contributing to Russia’s military efforts, as it is the most important supplier to the Russian military industry. In particular, China has provided Russia with a significant amount of machine tools, microelectronics, optics, drones, cruise missile technology , and nitrocellulose, which Russia uses to make gunpowder for weapons,” Kelly said.

The American diplomat added that if China were serious about efforts to end the war, it would stop supplying these important components to Russia.

At the same time, Kelly did not specify what technology for Russian cruise missiles he was referring to.
