Despite the attack on the logistics center, there will be no shortage of goods in supermarkets.

A massive Russian attack on Tuesday, November 25, damaged the logistics center of the Novus supermarket chain.

The company’s press service reported this on Facebook .

“Last night, a missile strike damaged our logistics center, the heart of NOVUS operations. It is one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Ukraine, covering over 50,000 square meters,” the statement reads.

Four drivers arriving to unload goods were killed in the attack. Five more were injured. Company employees who were sheltering during the attack were unharmed.

“The relevant services are working on the scene, and we’re assessing the extent of the damage—it’s significant. But right now, our priority is people. Despite the impact, there will be no shortage of goods in stores,” the company added.

According to media reports, the company’s logistics center opened in 2024. The company secured a $100 million loan from the EBRD for its construction.
