Information about the possible victims is currently being clarified.

The Russian military attacked Zhytomyr with jet drones , and the building of the Main Directorate of the National Police was hit. This was reported by the head of the Zhytomyr OVA, Vitaliy Bunechko. 

“The enemy attacked Zhytomyr with jet drones. There was a hit on the building of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Zhytomyr region,” he said.

As Bunechko noted, information about the dead and injured is currently being clarified. Rescuers, medics, police and other services are working at the scene.

Around 4:00 PM, the Air Force reported the movement of “Banderol” loitering munitions in the direction of Zhytomyr. 

UPDATE: Victims of the attack

The attack reportedly killed two police officers and injured at least 20 people.
