On the night of October 12, the Russian army launched a drone strike in the Odessa region , injuring a woman and damaging power and gas infrastructure.
According to the press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on the night of October 12, Russian armed forces attacked the Belgorod-Dnistrovsky district with attack drones.

Shelling in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi damaged an electrical power facility. A recreation center’s cafeteria building was also destroyed and subsequently set on fire. A two-story administrative building and a hotel, which is currently closed, were damaged. Nearby private homes were also damaged.
“A civilian was injured in the nighttime attack – a 34-year-old woman was injured and taken to the hospital from a private home,” the prosecutor’s office added.

The enemy also attacked the Podolsk region, where a gas transportation infrastructure facility was damaged.
An investigation has been launched into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors work on the ground together with police and SBU officers.
Odesa Regional State Administration Head Oleh Kiper clarified that the district administration building in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi was damaged, with broken windows. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

According to the Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi administration, as of this morning, some areas of the city are temporarily without power and water. City utility workers and DTEK specialists are currently carrying out repairs and restoration work to quickly restore the stable operation of life support systems.
