It is currently impossible to carry out work to restore gas supply.

On the night of August 22, Russian occupiers launched a series of strikes on the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region – houses and infrastructure were destroyed, the city was completely left without gas. This was reported on his Facebook page by the head of the Konstantinovka city military administration, Serhiy Gorbunov.
“The attacks took place over several hours and led to significant destruction of civilian infrastructure. As a result of the strikes, damage was recorded to private and multi-apartment residential buildings, a store, the Ukrposhta building, and a gas pipeline,” Gorbunov wrote.
He noted that the Russian invaders struck the city with FPV drones and FAB-250 aerial bombs. As a result of the attack, according to Gorbunov, one civilian was injured.
As reported on the Donetskoblgaz Facebook page, as a result of the Russian attack, Kostyantynivka was completely left without gas.

“A gas distribution station owned by LLC “Operator of Gas Transportation Systems of Ukraine” was damaged. Due to numerous damages, the operating pressure in the gas supply system of the city of Kostyantynivka could not be maintained, which led to the cessation of gas distribution to consumers in the city,” the report says.
It is noted that, given the security situation, “further work to restore gas supply to the city is impossible.”
