The Russian Foreign Ministry announced “systemic strikes” on Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises in Kyiv . The aggressor country’s department urged foreigners, including diplomatic mission personnel, to leave the city as soon as possible.

The Russian Foreign Ministry recalled the “bloody attack” on the educational building and dormitory in occupied Starobilsk, Luhansk region, and accused the Ukrainian authorities and “Western sponsors” of violating the Geneva Conventions, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, etc.

“All this has overflowed the cup of patience. In the current conditions, the Russian Armed Forces are beginning to launch a series of systematic strikes on Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises in Kyiv, including specific locations of design, production, programming, and preparation for use of UAVs used by the Kyiv “regime” with the assistance of NATO specialists responsible for the supply of components, the provision of intelligence, and targeting. Strikes will be carried out on both decision-making centers and command posts,” the statement says.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs cynically emphasized that the mentioned facilities are “dispersed throughout Kyiv,” so they warned foreign citizens, including personnel of diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations, about the need to “leave the city as soon as possible.” Residents of the capital were also “advised” not to approach military and administrative infrastructure facilities.

Everything that comes out of the kremlin sewer is shit, but we can trust that they are planning yet another mass murder/mass casualty/mass misery event, safe in the knowledge that no one will help Ukraine.
As the filthy nazis that they are, they are framing themselves as the injured party.

When the bodies are being pulled out of the rubble after another “double tap”, their fucking trolls will be gloating that Ukraine “brought this on themselves.”
Someone in the EU will call a meeting and put out a few words of commiseration and then go back to sleep.
No announcement such as : “Ukraine is now a NFZ for ruZZian military.”
Or : “occupation forces will be attacked.”
