The dictator also tried to justify the failed missile attack on Bila Tserkva.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin justified the Oreshnik missile strike on garages in Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region by saying that it was necessary to see “how the blocks were laid.” He noted that this was necessary in order to strike with this weapon “in full format” in the future, including in urban areas. The Kremlin ruler’s statements are published by Russian media.
According to him, Russia did not use “Oreshnik” on the territory of Ukraine “in the full sense of the word”.
“And the last thing… To be honest, I’ll tell you a big military state secret. They just hit where it was convenient to see the result. This applies to both Bila Tserkva and the “DPR” region within the perimeter of the main fortified area. Then our drones flew there – into this shed, which they flew over – and just looked at how the blocks were laid,” he said.
The dictator said that “it is important to make decisions in the future about the full-scale use of “Oreshnik” for purposes, including in the area of urban development.”
