US President Donald Trump believes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin wants peace.
He said this during the signing ceremony of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia at the White House, Ukrinform reports , Censor.NET reports.
“European leaders want to see peace. President Putin, I believe, wants to see peace, and Zelensky wants to see peace now,” the US leader said.
He also added that Zelenskyy should receive everything he needs, because he will have to prepare to sign a certain document.
“And I think he’s working hard to do that,” the US president said.
Trump previously said that his meeting with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin would take place in the near future.
