After the explosion of a police car, there are dead and injured among Russian security forces.

A patrol car exploded near a police station on Yeletskaya Street in Moscow. Three people are known to have died, two of them police officers. Information about the third deceased is being clarified, writes the Russian TG channel Mash .

It is reported that an improvised explosive device went off near a police car in the area known as Orikhovo-Borisovo at around 01:40 a.m. Eyewitnesses say that traces of shrapnel remained on the car and asphalt after the explosion. The Baza TV channel reported that police officers who were near the car were injured.

Previously, three people were killed. Two died on the spot, and two more were taken to the hospital in serious condition.

According to one version, the bomb was thrown into the traffic police car by unknown persons. According to another, it was fixed under the bottom on the side of the front passenger seat. Previously, another improvised explosive device was discovered, which did not explode, not far from the police station on the same street.

It is reported that security forces are searching for a person who may have attached a bomb to the car.

It is noteworthy that the explosion occurred in the area where a Russian general’s car was recently blown up. The incident points are several hundred meters apart.

Recall that on December 22, Lieutenant General of the occupation army Fanil Sarvarov was killed in a car explosion . An explosive device was planted under the bottom of his car, which went off when the general was leaving the parking lot. The general was responsible for the operational training of the Russian Armed Forces.
