Radio Liberty has released footage of the murder of 70-year-old Volodymyr Rubayl from Buch, committed by Russian soldiers on Yablunska Street on March 4, 2022.

The video shows Russian soldiers wounding Volodymyr Rubayl with the first shot, and then, when the civilian was barely able to stand, they shot him in the head with a pointed shot.

Soon, next to Volodymyr Rubayl’s body, which had been lying on the ground all this time, Russian soldiers began to loot a grocery supermarket en masse. They broke the glass and went inside. They put the loot in baskets and bags and loaded it onto armored vehicles. To take more, some filled carts and rolled them down the street to the newly captured houses of the Buch residents.

Earlier, the publication wrote that Russian paratroopers from the 234th Airborne Assault Regiment from Pskov, namely a group led by Sergeant Volodymyr Borzunov, may have been involved in the murder of Volodymyr Rubayl. As Radio Liberty has established, it was his unit that was at the position from which, according to Ukrainian ballistics experts, the civilian from Buch was shot.
