The Russian FSB has put the founder of the Telegram messenger Pavel Durov on the international wanted list .

The essence of the accusations
As Russian security officials claim:
- The messenger administration has not deleted channels, chat rooms, and bots that, according to them, are actively used by Ukrainian special services to prepare terrorist attacks and mass murders in Russia.
- Crimes allegedly committed by Ukrainian special services using Telegram have resulted in numerous victims, including women and children, and have caused multi-billion dollar losses.
- Ukrainian special services employees, disguised as girls, allegedly met Russian boys through the Telegram service “Daivinchik” and deceived them into terrorist activities.
- Since July 2025, 46 young users of “Daivinchik” have been detained in 16 regions of Russia, who allegedly attacked police officers and committed arson on behalf of Ukrainian special services. Джерело: https://censor.net/ua/n4015833
