There were reports online about a drone hit.

On the evening of Saturday, October 11, explosions rocked temporarily occupied Donetsk , followed by a massive fire.

Local Telegram channels reported this . It was reported that the attack hit a hypermarket called “Sigma,” which the occupiers converted from a former Auchan store. It is located near the Slavyansk-Donetsk-Mariupol bypass road.

There are rumors online about an attack by unknown drones. The Ukrainian military-political command has made no official statement on the matter.

Subsequently, social media reports indicated that the building housing the Sigma hypermarket had collapsed.

War in Ukraine: the situation in the occupied territories

In September, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia was turning the occupied lands into deserts. Normal life is no longer possible in occupied Donetsk – once one of Ukraine’s richest and most powerful cities, it is suffering from problems.

Meanwhile, in occupied Feodosia , a third of the fuel storage tanks have been disabled. Dmytro Zhmailo, co-founder and executive director of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation, says the fuel shortage will also affect the Russian occupation forces.
