The missile is designed for use from both land platforms and ships.

E-System Solutions unveiled a new strike system based on the low-cost LCCM (Low Cost Cruise Missile) Mk2 cruise missile at the Dubai Airshow in the UAE , according to Defense Express .

It is noted that this long-range missile is designed to destroy light and armored vehicles, command vehicles, radar reconnaissance vehicles, command posts, aircraft at airfields, missile launchers, and the like.

“The missile’s range is 500-1000 km, and its warhead, depending on the range, weighs 25-50 kg. This suggests it is attempting to tap into the trend for cheap cruise missiles, the development of which is currently gaining popularity in the West, and especially in the United States, where they are looking for truly cheap ways to hit targets at significant distances,” the analysts write.

According to them, as for other tactical and technical characteristics of the missile, it has a length of 3.15 m, a wingspan of 2.5 m, a speed of up to 600 km/h and a maximum flight altitude of up to 11,500 m.

The missile is designed for use from both land-based platforms (catapults, light-armored vehicle launchers, and container launchers) and ships. A typical container launcher for this system holds nine LCCM Mk2 cruise missiles. The company has completed development of the system and the cruise missile, and testing is expected soon. Experts write:

“However, this news is not limited to the fact that another cheap cruise missile has appeared in the world – its manufacturer, E-System Solutions, which is billed as a “Belarusian-Emirati company,” is attracting attention.

At the same time, one of the Russian propaganda resources positions the company E-System Solutions as “recently founded by specialists from Belarus and the UAE” and which “has not yet demonstrated any significant success.”

“Considering that E-System Solutions claims that their LCCM Mk2 missile was developed based on experience from the ‘Ukrainian theater of military operations,’ it’s possible that it was developed with the assistance of Russian specialists. The public demonstration could be explained by a desire to throw dust in the eyes, suggesting that this is a joint Belarusian-UAE development and that Russia has nothing to do with it,” the analysts added.
