BREAKING NEWS: Almost 90% of released Ukrainian prisoners of war spoke about torture in Russia, OSCE report says

The OSCE has documented systematic cases of torture and ill-treatment of Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russia.

This is stated in the Organization’s report , published on Friday, September 26, Censor.NET reports.

The document mentions beatings, the use of electric shocks, sexual violence, mock executions, forced exhaustion, and psychological pressure.

The OSCE emphasizes that these crimes are not isolated incidents, but a systemic practice tolerated by the Russian authorities.

In particular, in the colony in Olenivka, Ukrainian prisoners of war were held in unsanitary conditions, deprived of food and medical care, tortured and beaten to death.

In addition, according to OSCE data, 89% of released Ukrainian prisoners of war reported ill-treatment. The testimonies of released Ukrainian prisoners of war are confirmed by expert reports and video footage.
