According to reports, there were “important guests” in the restaurant at the time.
Loud explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Crimea on Sunday, September 21, and the occupiers reported an “arrival” at the Terletsky boarding house in Foros and several other facilities, writes the Telegram channel Mash .
The report states that the Foros sanatorium and a school building in one of the settlements were damaged as a result of the UAV attack. A fire of dry grass also broke out in the Yalta area due to falling debris from a downed drone.

The so-called “head” of annexed Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, reported that there were deaths and injuries as a result of the drone attack.
“Unfortunately, there are dead and injured. At the moment, the number of injured is about 15 people, and information about the dead is being clarified,” Aksyonov said.
He added that specialized services are working on site, and people are being provided with all necessary assistance.
It is noteworthy that Russian media also note that the attack allegedly took place at an elite dacha of the Russian FSB, where Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has repeatedly vacationed. Monitoring sites, however, write that a “government building” in Crimea was hit.
There was also information that the restaurant in the Foros sanatorium was closed for special services. According to Russian media, “important guests” could be resting there. The attack was carried out at approximately 7:30 p.m. Moscow time.
