Russian troops attacked civilians near a store in Novoplatonivka, Kharkiv Oblast, as they gathered near it to receive humanitarian aid – water.
This was stated on the air of Suspilny by the head of the Kharkiv region police, Petro Tokar, reports Censor.NET .
According to him, the village remains without water supply, people live there who categorically refused to evacuate, says Tokar.
“Today they gathered to divide this water among themselves. The enemy insidiously and cynically struck this gathering of people. Five people died on the spot. The footage is too horrific to show. People were actually burned, suffered traumatic amputations incompatible with life,” he said.
As a reminder, on July 29, at around 10:38, Russian troops struck, probably with a multiple launch rocket system, at the village of Novoplatonivka, Borivskyi territorial community, Izyumskyi district, Kharkiv region.
