Absolutely, and it has nothing to do with the new language laws in Ukraine but everything to do with Yanukobytch’s treason. Heck, in Romania you’d swear English is their first language 😉
This war helped more than anything else to accelerate the death of the russian language in Ukraine AND mafia land.
