Body of DPRK delegation member found in Moscow pond, – media

A member of the North Korean delegation, Kim Kum Chol, drowned in Moscow . It is reported that he decided to take a swim in a pond in Zelenograd.

As the Russian Telegram channel SHOT writes , the 54-year-old representative of the Korean agricultural enterprise lived in the DPRK embassy. That day, he went to the Zelenograd beach “Angstrem”. A few hours later, his things were found on the shore of a pond.

“They searched for the missing man for several hours, but never found him. And the next day, the body of the Korean floated to the surface of the pond, and he was already identified,” the report says.

Russian opposition media write that the deceased could be the president of the Kim Il Sung Military University, Kim Geum Chol. In early July, Reuters wrote that he headed a delegation of military specialists who arrived in Russia.
