The concept states the impossibility of exclusively diplomatic return of Crimea and Donbass.

The occupied Donbass and Crimea must be under a complete economic and political blockade, in parallel with the preparation of various ways of liberation – including military. After that, the regions will be handed over Russian passports and a ban on elections for a long time.

Such a Plan of Deoccupation and Reintegration of the Occupied Territories is proposed to the government and society by representatives of the National Corps together with military and political experts.

The action plan was presented today in Kyiv with the participation of Major General of the Armed Forces in Reserve Serhiy Krivonos, founder of the Azov Regiment and leader of the National Corps Andriy Biletsky, third commander of Azov and head of the Central Staff of the National Corps Maxim Zhorin.

The concept states the impossibility of exclusively diplomatic return of Crimea and Donbass, and also provides for the need to increase Ukraine’s economic and military potential for the implementation of the proposed action plan.
