In the temporarily occupied Crimea, a large area was burned at the Russian military training ground at Cape Chauda. The area of the fire on June 26 (compared to the 25th) increased several times.

It was from Cape Chaud that the Russian invaders repeatedly launched Shahed-type kamikaze drones on our territory. New satellite photos taken by the Planet Labs company were shared by the ” Krym.Realii ” project.

Change in the scale of the fire

A comparison of footage from June 25 and 26 suggests that the fire continued to spread. The flames reached the buildings on the territory of the military unit.

Let us remind you that the coastal and anti-aircraft defense positions of the aggressor state of Russia are located on Cape Chauda.

Satellites recorded the fire in this area on the morning of June 25. There was no information about the reasons. The fire was also confirmed by the NASA fire monitoring site.

The point where the fire was recorded

As previously reported by OBOZ.UA, the Russian occupiers and their accomplices completely destroyed Chersonesus Tavriyskyi in the temporarily captured Sevastopol. This historic ancient complex was once recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
