In the Ukraine War, multiple drones hit the Rybinsk Oil Depot about 800 kilometers from Ukraine with no air defence present. The Azot chemical plant in Novomoskovsk, Tula was also hit.
It’s hard to say how many times this place was hit, but I’m guessing at least 5 or 6 times.
