US President Joe Biden has approved a secret national security memorandum ahead of Donald Trump’s return to the White House that could serve as a roadmap for the new administration as it seeks to counter growing cooperation between China, Iran, North Korea and Russia, the  AP reports .

It is noted that the Biden administration began developing relevant instructions back in the summer. They are designed to help the next administration build an approach to confronting the United States’ main adversaries.

“The document contains four broad recommendations: improving interagency cooperation within the US government, accelerating information sharing with allies about the four adversaries, aligning the US government’s use of sanctions and other economic tools to achieve maximum effectiveness, and strengthening preparations for managing simultaneous crises involving adversaries,” the publication writes.

One of the media interviewees noted that the memorandum “does not try to squeeze” the Trump administration or sway it towards one policy option or another. At the same time, the document is designed to help the next administration “build capacity” and shape its vision on the most difficult foreign policy issues it will face.

  1. Don’t prepare fucking documents, provide shitloads of missiles, stingers and air defense systems, good ole man!

  2. Does the memorandum say it’s not a good idea to nominate a russian asset to be Director of National Intelligence?
